Refund policy
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
In accordance with EU consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. At Exclufy, we honor this right by offering store credit for eligible returns submitted within this period.
Please review the return eligibility criteria and process below before initiating a return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging.

The shoe box must be intact and undamaged.

The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Tags or verification stickers must not be removed. Items with removed tags or signs of tampering will not be accepted.

We may use UV light and other tools to verify the authenticity and condition of returned items.
Important: Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or authenticity. This applies in particular to items that show any signs of wear, use, or tampering.
RETURN EXCLUSIONS

Sale items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Products showing any signs of wear or use will be automatically rejected.

Items returned without authorization or outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Store credit only: we do not issue refunds. Eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If your return is accepted, you will receive:

A return shipping label (a €10 fee applies and will be deducted from your store credit).

Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please do not send any returns without prior approval.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is:

Defective
-
Damaged in transit
-
Not the item you ordered
please contact us immediately at contact@exclufy.com with a clear description and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and assist you as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:

Submit a return for store credit.

Place a new order using the store credit once approved.
REFUND TIMELINE (STORE CREDIT ISSUED)
Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@exclufy.com within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
